-Shipping and Handling is a flat $7.00

-You can also earn free shipping when a single purchases over $100 (meaning all items in cart equal to $100 at time of checkout)

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

-Refunds will be issued in the form of Bad Addiction Credit Only.  We do NOT offer cash refunds. 

-We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.



-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, free of pet hair, odor free, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.



How do I start a return?

Please contact us via the CHAT ICON in the bottom right of Bad Addiction Website or via the CONTACT US on the app! 


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 Exceptions / non-returnable items.



The following items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned: Promo Code Items, Sale Items, Grab Bags, Mystery Bags, Under Garments Accessories, Accessories, SWAG, Hats & Hair Goodies, Pamper Me items & Holiday Items.
 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
